So this week we were able to go do Tyler's temple work. It was very emotional and the German and French patrons and temple workers were very kind. Of course there are no pictures except just a few as we arrived. I'm sad the pictures don't do the temple justice. The spring flowers were lovely and the temple is situated in a quaint cobble-stoned German town called Friedrichsdorf.  Here are a couple:

After we left the temple, we set off to go to see the Rhinefall in Switzerland.  It is a beautiful waterfall.

After the falls we went to Zürich, Switzerland. We stayed up late in our hotel eating chocolate and playing greedy.

The next morning we got up and drove nearly home to München to see the Neuschwanstein castle that is at the beginning of our blog.  It was raining the whole time.  We ate traditional Bavarian fare for lunch (sausage, sauerkraut, spätzel, etc) and then took a horse carriage ride up to the castle so our girls could get their horse fix.  The beige castle is a different castle and we didn't tour that one. Sorry the pictures are a bit out of order.

Mother's Day
The kids surprised me today with German pastries and a mango cake for muttertag
